Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board

The Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) was established on 1st April 2004 as a statutory board. SEAB, formerly the Examinations Division of the Ministry of Education (MOE), was formed to develop and conduct national examinations in Singapore, and to provide other examination and assessment services and products, locally as well as overseas.

Academy of Singapore Teachers

The Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST) was set up to spearhead the professional development of MOE staff. AST together with the other teacher academies aim to build communities of practice for like-minded professionals of subject disciplines, for teachers to come together and learn from one another, developing stronger camaraderie and esprit de corps.
